Belmar packs a lot of housing into a small footprint, ranging from original beach bungalows to newer raised construction built after Hurricane Sandy. The remodeling needs vary depending on which era the home comes from.

Homes built after Sandy were built to current flood codes but the interiors were often finished to a builder-grade standard. Owners of these properties regularly come to us for kitchen upgrades, bathroom finishes, and built-in storage solutions that the original construction left out.

The older bungalows and duplexes further from the beach present different challenges. Many of these homes still have original plumbing, electrical panels that have been maxed out with additions over the years, and layouts that were designed for a different era. When we renovate these properties, we address underlying system issues as part of the project.
