Wall Township covers a lot of ground. The housing stock reflects that range. Near the shore border, homes tend to be smaller and older. Along the Route 34 and Route 35 corridors, you find the split-levels and colonials from the 1960s through 1980s that make up a large percentage of the remodeling work we do in this town.

We find many kitchens were designed for a different era, the bathrooms have one vanity and no storage, and the basements are unfinished or half-finished with outdated paneling and drop ceilings. In many cases, a well-executed renovation costs less than moving and gives you the layout you actually want in a neighborhood you already know.

The Glendola and Allenwood sections of Wall have larger properties, and addition work and outdoor construction is more common in those areas. Room additions, attached garages, and large composite decks are common requests.
